May holds her breath

 for every fragrant honor.

Our God speaks of heaven

 in His glorious spring.

Every newly hatched song bird,

 blossom and tree bouquet-

Speaks to glorious position

Prism upon prism, design upon design.

Great honor of love.

Our ability is God Almighty’s

 to shine-

Just like May days of planting

 

and bird nest graces.

Yes, I really like this title too. It conveys the blessing of a May day full of promise which the day was full of when I wrote this one actually a couple years back.I hope that you are doing well and also finding joy in the day to day. I can imagine that weather is very dry where you are. You know what your friendly open heart is like a spring rain with rays of sun shining and shared with others. Thank you so much for that!

It must be so great to have a lemon tree. I can just imagine little lemons...and oh the fragrance. I have not had good success with corn where I am.

Not growing the corn myself, but the crops should be almost ready. The lemon tree is a small tree my mother planted from a cutting from a dwarf meyer.

A dwarf meyer. Thanks for the info...to be able to start stuff from a cutting is so cool. All you need is new growth and and a joint in the stem and their make a break and take it from there. Don't know if works for all plants but that's kinda been by process. Take care and bless ya!

How are you this very last day of May? I still have not checked in my back yard. I had planted some potatoes last year and did not think they were still alive. They are growing and I better get out there and water them. No bird nest on our front door light box this Spring so far.

It is interesting how God's creation is a myriad of shimmering clues which pull at the heart of mankind. We are delighted, mesmerized and inspired. I believe these concepts that touch us are God leaving clues for those He created. He desires to speak to us, if only we will open our hearts, eyes and ears but mostly our hearts.

Oh your place sounds gorgeous! The idea of a silver birth sounds exquisite. When I walk at night with my dog there are five of the white paper birches I visit. They are so pretty and I just love to admire them. They leafing out now and have taken on a different look. The 'paper is peeling off and I like to rub it off and see the new bright-white skin. Yes Spring has come to us. Yea!

Nature certainly inspires a love of God. Especially the month of May, as it can be thought of symbolically as 'rebirth'. (Well, that is Spring in the West) I love the way you attribute the new growth of trees, and the birds nest, to the grace of God. It is truly lovely when we see God in nature ... but we must also bear in mind the 'destructive' side of nature.
