Walking through a familiar hiking place where two sets of tracks merge out into a wooded area way beyond where I can see but that always catches my imagination.
Nice work Kathy. Ah, Frost had this right, and you've captured the same imaginings and wonderings. Of course, whichever path you take you can make good or bad things from them, and even if you retraced your steps the other path would have changed, the horizon's light will have evolved. One of life's great imponderables - no wonder we seek comfort, assurance and guidance. Nice work. BRs Nigel

My parents have chickens out where they live. they are my mom's pride and joy.
i really like the take-off from "the road not taken"--
On rails maybe more of a risk....more momentum after the choice....a train of choice harder to stop and reverse...
nicely done.

Rail road tracks are so hard, so not nurturing not comfortable to lay upon. But to walk, balancing as if on a balance beam is what some paths have seemed. You know the different times have felt like textures in a way. Your review is full of inner soul textures. Momentum, harder to stop and taking a risk.
Thank you for your insightful and wisdom filled input given from experience and sharing within your craft. I value your knowledge. Blessings.............
