Your review is wonderful for that very reason. I hope that you gain experiences and valuable memories in your current life and vocation. To remember good from our past is surly a great blessing. Thanks for reading such a wonderful review.

Your words are peaceful. Your thoughts calming. You must be a poetic counselor or something? Bending storms to pass in peace with words.

Where poetic love laments lines forgotten. Forgive you? Maybe, after I'm done with the counseling I've needed to keep me from commiting poeticide.
Same thing happens to me Kathy. And I feel the same as you. That's why I haven't been posting poems. I don't have the time yet as my routines have all changed, to properly respond and return the favor. But I write every day. All is well and doing my best to catch up with everyone. You are unnecessarily forgiven and your poetiguilt is absolved!

Growing up in the woods surrounding our homes as my parents moved often, allowed God to supply my inner needs; giving me peace in the confusion of a growing child. Ever from those days, my first excursion in a new place is to wander alone to see first hand the workings of the Lord. Maybe I don't see everything clearly then, but I have been resupplied with His strength from that quiet time with Him alone. Thank you for your expressions.

I just came upon this reply of yours and was so pleased! It was like a treasure from one month ago. Well, sorry I did not see it sooner.
I appreciate your story here. You were able to find solace and strength in a lovely natural setting in your childhood? I am so glad you did! We need our God so much and it is always so encouraging when others share a testimony such as yours.
We all can learn so much from one another. Thanks again for coming by and reading my poem. Bless you so! Kathy
How could it not lend the reader a feeling of peace and tranquility? I am sure most folk have such a special place, mine too is deep within our local woods. These are beautifully strung words Kathy. Cheers & All Good Things, N

What a lovely review; simply a kind word given! Peace, oh we need it in this old world; so many times tired and downtrodden. Humanity seeks peace. Hopefully we can help show this wonderful characteristic to others.....................Kathy

I guess we are all seduced by the wonders and beauty of the woods. The irony is; what is so beautiful and welcoming during the day, becomes so menacing at night.
A fine ode to Gaia and her woodland disciples.

All true. You are welcome gracefully. .....::::))))
I wandered lonely as a cloud
That floats on high o'er vales and hills,
When all at once I saw a crowd,
A host, of golden daffodils;
Beside the lake, beneath the trees,
Fluttering and dancing in the breeze. '
This too has similar designs and evokes a much needed tonic to the wayward soul...kudos Kathy !

Your know I have seen hummingbirds in out of the way places where I was quite surprised to see them. Up high in a cottonwood tree. In a huge stone fireplace when camping once. But I have heard sounds in undergrowth when hiking maybe some leprechauns were dancing?! Who knows................. bless you much Kathy
