My mind sometimes

The pain kicks in

The sleepless nights

The panic sets in

Around my head the thoughts they race

Do they stop?

So many effects run together

Just sleep my baby girl, just sleep

I close my eyes but the sleep does not come

Yes, so well expressed. Some days there is no peace. Some nights there is no rest. Reading or writing help - to move the ideas out... I think sometimes that helps but other days, well, it just buzzes! Think it comes from having too many thoughts that need to move out! Just think of it as the creative cycle. I would do laundry when I still had my own house but now my neighbors, well, that would complain... so I love doing the Sudoku puzzles.... haha - whatever works.... baths with candles.... music ... more writing....
