Through Time

Descending through time
All thoughts on the spot
are now being dropped
catch them if you can
I can hear echoes of
words near and far
But they’re not on display yet
Let them out of their cage and put them
Into a language we will interpret .

We do go through the range of emotions and thoughts. We imprison some and free some. We let them out to air our grievances or share our blessings.
Well, poetry can always be the means to pack them and send them on train tracks.
