Past tense has never hurt so much.

You said I meant everything to you,

That you loved me,

And I loved you too.

I've never wanted anything more

Than to move on,

Move forward.

I know they say 

To remember the happy moments,

But it's finally gotten to the point

That it takes all my might

To force out a grin,

And to force back the tears.
