Wish You Well

Wish You Well

A Poem by Karlie Kadabra.

I wish you well
On whatever path you choose.
Just remember that
What you want
And what is right
Are two different things.
Do your best to be happy,
And you can never lose.

This poem is kind of like a way of giving advice to someone just starting out. I really enjoyed it. Nice job!

This was short and sweet, if I may use the cliche. Still, its a good piece and enjoyable to read.

I love it. It's so honest and tells so much about life in so few lines. You're an awesome poet. You should try expanding it. I feel that a lot of your things are very brief!

Pros: This poem is true, and I've felt it towards someone I had to let go. I want them to be happy no matter what, even though part of me didn't want to let go. But their happiness matters the most to me. I like the flow of this poem, and it's pretty.

Cons: None

Overall: I like this poem, especially the last two lines.
