Sweet Acoustics

Sweet Acoustics

A Poem by Karlie Kadabra.
"

Your voice was as sweet as the songs you played on guitar.

"
You make such sweet acoustics
In the most eccentric ways.
The guitar you hold in your hands
Is not the only thing that can sound beautiful.
Your voice sounds of
The most sincere hello's,
The most cherished I love you's,
and the most distressing goodbye's.
Your breathing is more calming
Than any ocean tide.
Your eyes are so deep
I get lost in them,
Not wanting to find a way out.
You're so beautiful
And you don't even know it.
You say you aren't sweet,
But I prefer you over sugar.
May we please pause life and stay together forever?
You're so perfect
In the most imperfect ways.

Pros: Another beautiful piece of writing. I love how you can feel emotion in all these writings. After all, poetry is just the heart being given a chance to speak. Though the lines don't rhyme, the flow in the poem is perfect as it goes from line to line. I love the comparisons as well. And my favorite part would be the rhetorical question. I love it.

Cons: None that I can see.

Overall: A beautiful piece of poetry. I look forward to more from you.
