What Am I

Riddle

 

We all have a dark side, everything on earth

Except for me, been this way since birth

To the visible eye, you don’t see me move

Look at me for hours, and then I will prove

 

Many people believe, I have power and strengths

Ability to move bodies, a great deal of lengths

Control and power, over peoples emotions

Effect you would get, from a potent love potion

 

Sometimes I grow large, visible to the eye

At times I disappear, when the world starts to cry

Some view me as scary, a dark retched thing

Others embrace their love, and propose with a ring

 

So maybe you know, than maybe you don’t

Maybe you’ll Google me, maybe you wont

I’m done giving clues, so I ask what am I

I guess you’re a dumbass, look up at the sky

This is quirky and humorous but as a riddle it is far too easy. If anyone read the first stanza and didn't get this I'd be very concerned about them.

I liked the line "when the world starts to cry" to demonstrate rain. Very good.

Obviously not a very serious piece but quirky and pretty humorous all the same.

you know whats funny. I also believe that first stanza gives it away....its disturbing if you knew how many people i have read this too and they have no idea tell i call them a dumb a*s and tell them to look up. lol ya very shaaaap sir ;)

Its the moon right?? I think i got it because i was thinking of all the rings you would wear and mood ring kinda sounds like moon ring even though moon rings are real lol but i kinda got it when you said it didn't have a dark side. Did I get it right??
