Blood on floor

walls and hands

Whispering to me

To help those in need

 

Broken hearted

shattered heart

Bleeding heart

to fix the hearts of others

 

whispers of the blood

to my heart in need

to forget the pain

forget the cause

 

save lives and feelings

keep safe the memories

of unshed blood

not to shed blood

 

Blood does whisper

to who needs the most

help of the others

that are not there

I had to re-read it twice to make sure I understand. What I'm gathering is you want to save a life and how it plays around in your head as a thoughts is 'bleeding' whispers of doubt, of hope, of everything insecurity while so certain.
