The Happiness of my Heart

It isn't only your insane beauty,

or the sweet smell of your perfume,

or even those small kisses, 

we shared that fine afternoon,

it's that intense emotion, 

that draws me close to you.

I can tell you everything, 

and show my hearts desire,

a pull and tug of happiness, 

you so much inspire.

I'll smile as I kiss you,

and stare into your eyes, 

for you make my heart sing, 

a symphony of lights.

And it isn't just this feeling,

that carries me towards you,

it's all of your emotions,

that show me that

I need you.
