"Love Haunts"

"Love Haunts"

A Poem by Kameron Armitage
"

just more pain that wont stop

"
The familiar empty feeling has found me again,
this time striking harder.

I have nothing,
my limbs have gone numb,
my mind is blank,
I'm deaf and blind.

Call it crazy,
but I still have love;
lost love.

Love follows me every single day,
shadowing my life,
menacing my thoughts,
killing in my dreams.

Food has no taste,
so I don't eat.

Nothing is happy,
so I don't smile.

Everything reminds me of you,
so the tears never end.

I need an escape,
a new world to explore,
a new way to ease the pain.

Falling to my knees I cry for help,
only silence returns my calls.
