"My Sky"

"My Sky"

A Poem by Kameron Armitage

Enticing beauty overwhelms my eyes.

Her body,

so graceful,

moves about like the

peaceful clouds in the

dimmed sky.

Her eyes glow like the

flickering stars,

lighting the room filled with passion.

Smile is the meteor shower,

reflecting images of my joyous face,

stopping my heart for that precious moment.

I want to take her.

Laugh is the light patter of refreshing rain,

drizzling warm on my shaking body.

Her lust is the moonlight,

opening my eyes to the beauty

of the world blanketed by the night.

How can I refuse?

The feelings mutual as we move closer.

Searching through her eyes for answers.

So hard to refuse.

Her lips are calling me and my heart is singing;

beating faster with each light stroke of my arm.

Hands run up her sides,

lightly cradling her flawless face,

I am lost once more.

My eyes open and my lungs open for a quick breath,

perfect.

This moment will be locked into my memory,

forever.
