A Poem by Kameron Armitage

I searched the fields,

the crystal blue ocean.

I searched for you,

seaching a silent notion.

You hide too well,

not exposing a limb,

I close my eyes,

and there you are again.

You dance in my dreams,

you are happy, at peace,

until my eyes are opened,

and your pain is released.

I'm causing this pain,

to you every day

It hurts to know that,

and still; nothing to say.

I should have just stopped it,

put an end to your tears,

this is the last thing I wanted,

as this love reveals, so does my fear.

I could not deal,

with losing you; I can't

what we have is too strong,

breathing gets heavy; I pant.

Feels like dying,

but hurting you is worse,

however this ends,

our friendship comes first.

Yeah I can't even tell you how much I like this poem. Like really, I love it a lot. The ending was really pretty. Hah
