"Can You Help Me?"

"Can You Help Me?"

A Poem by Kameron Armitage

There's a reason they call it falling in love.

You don't expect it, like a shove.

Everyone tells me that I should move on.

But I'm not quite sure that I can.

My heart has taken over, and my mind is totally gone.

Love is a drug.

And It is addicting.

Once you get your first taste of it, you always want it again.

It is also one of the hardest things to quit.

People expect it to be done.

With the snap of a finger.

Love is something that cannot be shunned.

It continues to stay and linger.

I need to know.

Exactly how she feels.

Before I go.

And change my wheels.

I like this love letter, wishes sent when heart is bent, puzzled as to how the other feels.
There is no feeling in the world like great, requited love, a deep and special bond shared between two.
And you're right. Love is addicting.
How marvelous!
=)

p.s.
Where has your mind gone?
Seemingly in the land of great imagination, and your heart has followed.
Stay.
