"Look Past What You See"

"Look Past What You See"

A Poem by Kameron Armitage

My anger inside flows like a raging river.
When you get caught in it you have no choice but to be carried over the waterfall.
But when that river becomes calm and tranquil, it ia a beautiful thing to look at.

well, i like the title. it kind of pulls you in.

you are writing about your own anger? and the results and the aftermath sort of, becoming very calm. perhaps if you lengthend it out, and explained to the reader about how the waterfall has kind of snuck up on you, (which is the way my anger sneaks up on me) and then after you fell and survived the moment, your found out that the river (of life) is afterall quite calm and comfortable in your barrel.

I am assuming you went over in a barrel. good job....raining.
