stellar

I'm sitting here, day and night

watching as the clouds take flight.

as I sit, I stare

i see it right there.

a little tiny dot

i start to think, it can't be what i thought.

i look, and look, but can not see

what the hell it's supposed to be.

after a while i see it take shape

"this sight is glorious" i think, as i gape

up in the sky is a sight so stellar

Venus and mars so close together

in my minds eye, i see it form

a major memory that leaves me warm.
