Puppetry MasterA Poem by Kalen LucianoPuppetry
Master Time to let go and set me free The knotted ties that hold me down Cut them off and let me be As the wind chill forest beckons for me
Puppetry master mocks my essence Tearing my limbs with powerful possession Carefully jolting my awkward presence Lay my body beneath the crescent
Before the moonlight fades for hope By wooden planks the name hangs Puppetry master entangled in rope The ground beholds a shark to cope
We are what they are to us As to what they are to them A passerby philosopher fuss Staring at the puppetry master’s cuffs
Forbidden by two Puppetry master’s tools We are creatures of few Seen by what they are to you © 2014 Kalen LucianoFeatured Review
