Robo-Tick Age

Robo-Tick Age

A Poem by Kajal Gulabani

Robo-tick age

As I ponder over the worldly power
My creative horses run all over

Bingo! If babies were born in a mechanised cot
Cheers! women would hardly opt for a diet slot

Cars would ramp-walk with flashy controllers
How about a rendezvous on cosmic stroller?

Heart would pump through cellular vibes
O'Brain, physics will pour thou with life

Sigh! Who is the parent of 'love' in them all ?
Who is the creator of 'soul' in the techno brawl ?
Can science topple over the natural flavours?
Can humanity be splashed in these robotic endeavours?

Good questions in the poem. I pray science leave babies making to the mama's. Love for child is precious and wonderful. A interesting poem. Government and science need to leave the birth of children alone. Thank you for the excellent poem.

Th

So damn true.. Thanks.
i agree with the message of your poem here. Science may have made our lives easier and will continue to do so but there is an equally dangerous chance that we ourselves can turn into robots.

Yess.. Let's hope for the best. Thanks for the review.
Nicely written read for yes this world has turned to a robotic sense for mechanics robotics can never in my opinion over take the mechanics of all things natural like creating life, feelings of emotion, compassion, the warm touch of another and so on and so on as always keep writing fellow writer. You raised some good things here.

Nice question Kajal. Well set out in verse that challenges us to contemplate how far we go with technology. Today the IPad tomorrow the Matrix!
