everything is wrong...

everything is wrong...

A Poem by kait

leafs crunch underneath my bare feet.

branches and thorns tear into my skin.

the wind cools my skin sending

chills up and down my spine

this is a place full of broken

memories.

these memories haunt my dreams.

birds sing as if years ago

my imagination

hadn't died here.

the trees are a constant

reminder of the pain that hides here.

waiting for the right moment to

snatch away any happieness

that crosses my path. the trees house was

long ago forgotten.

boards have rotted and fallen to the grass.

the ladder crooked and swollen from the rain. rungs are

broken amd missing

I walk through the trees, I remember my broken

child hood

and I remember this place as the place where my

smiles and laughter

died. the fallen tree still lies in the same place.

I cant help but flash back to what he did

I try to hide my tears and i know im trying

to hide them from myself

a little voice says stay strong...

but how can I stay strong when everything

is wrong?

Very good. Couple mistakes though. If you read over this you would have noticed them. One: you say 'this memories haunt my dreams.' It's 'these.' Two: 'the ladder crooked nd swollen from the rain.' you forfot the a in 'and.' Three: whenever you start a sentence you didn't capitalize. Four: too many lower case I's!!! Other than those things, beautifully written.
