Twilight Dreams [4-26-08]

Twilight Dreams [4-26-08]

A Poem by Kaito Asuke
"

it came to me from a song...and it reminded me of this feeling...and I tried my best to capture it...

"

Little fireflies dance in the twlight;
as reminescent memories
flow along the tranquil stream.

Forgotten dreams lie
in the far beyond;
evanescent of ourselves,
we dream once more.
As we tread
down the path of sorrow
and empty joy,
concealing the deep despair.

Regret accompanies us,
in a faint whisper.
Ever present, and yet not.
Sullying our new dreams,
one
by
one.
As the tears shed,
he stands idle, silent.

The dreams fade,
and the dreaming ends.

About
