Naive, You're Not In Love

Naive, You're Not In Love

A Poem by K. C.
"

Lone wolf lusting after lovers.

"
Indecisive hands prone to self destruction
Quick to explore a lover's architecture
Detonating across unsuspecting skin
Vandalizing that blameless beauty with phantom kisses resurfacing on the complexion like apologetic bruises
Careless tongue planting sweet nothings blossoming like flowers
Neglected they grew and devoured with the rapidity of weeds
How can I apologize when it was all so unintentional
Refuse when she begged me to love her
Love her when she accepted anything less

To be naive and free. No better days and time in a long life.
"Refuse when she begged me to love her
Love her when she accepted anything less"
Love isn't fair. Rarely does two people have the same passion at the same moment. Thank you for sharing the excellent poetry.
