One More Mile

One More Mile

A Poem by Kaela Craven
"

About not being selfish in a relationship

"

I can swim one more mile

In a drowning moment "

The heaviness of oceans

Caving in.

And you’re the one
I almost gave my life for.

You’re the one who gave me land.

I can swim one more mile in a drowning world

To reach your hand.

Very good poem, i like the last three lines, in my opinion, it's the spotlight of the poem. Very good.
