Replace RealityA Poem by Kaela CravenA text on the little black machine.
A message on my little black mind.
Since you left. Since the idea of your leaving became real All else has left me. All else is unreal.
My voice sounds different on the air. My words aren't my own.
I stare into the grey fleece Like it was a monster's arm As my lover holds me.
Everything will be alright Words like toilet paper Words like a keyboard Words like glass on a blanket Meaningless to the desire to replace reality With Purity.
