The End of All Cravings

The End of All Cravings

A Poem by Kaela Craven
"

Death

"

Killing my body slowly.

So slowly I can hear the blood vessels

Pop.

So slowly that I remember the day

That my fingers

Stopped.

So slowly that

It was a sudden emotion -

This addiction.

I will always need it

Until death

Which I hope comes soon.

I simply look forward

To the end

Of all cravings.
