Liquid

Liquid

A Poem by Kaela Craven

I saw him

In the vision.

I saw the vision of  mistakes

And they were all his.

All his.

I knew why this was wrong.

I knew the reason we cried together

In long nights

Was his pain taken over by liquid.

His pain, his life.

Intuition told me

Get out now

It's not right.

It's not pure.

He's corrupted by liquid and

You have sobriety.

Keep your air

And let him swim.

But I interpreted wrong.

I was the victim.

I was the liquid.
