Heart Snitch

Heart Snitch

A Poem by lynnet

She was promised paradise, wealth and a beach
With "he" she now calls son of a b***h!
He lied,,damn!! didnt care which
Got involved with everyone..slept around with each
She read books..unfortunately..they didnt teach
How to heal a shattered heart with a decorative stitch
She needed a pastor to do a forgiving preach
Before she could turn, and be a revanging witch
Clouds of anger darkened her mind in a black pitch
And thoughts in her brains run wild like a forbidden speech
Love so complicated, than a high ranking ech
Didnt see that coming, she was in dark without a switch
If she could only drain her ownself in a ditch...
And understand love sometimes can leach...
Then maybe she would know better and be a snitch
And tell heart "love hurts" it doesnt stick around like a nitch
