after reading this you got to know the secret of an advise

Whenever  you want to give advice,

caution, stop and think twice.

An advice is a dangerous gift,

it can give you a fateful lift.

If you want to take advice,

you need to go to a wise,

because an advice may be a vice,

even from the wise to wise.

When the secret of advice is unknown,

we have to listen to the heart and clarify,

The fruit of advice is very high,

even from the wise to wise,

your tension may rise,

even you may be wise.

It can destroy your career,

it is also a good carrier.

always take advice from heart,

the heart's advise is very good ,

even you may be wise,

good advice depends upon the trust put into the advice provider. from simple directions to stock market deals. advice is a necessary evil. we are no able to know everything thing that we need to know. So we delegate portions of our trust to others that are hopefully more qualified to make decisions for us.

You could rephrase certain things. Like, 'you need to go to a wise' doesn't sound too right or nice.
This is just fine-tuning, of course.
Your work is brilliant. :)

Also, just a grammatical error: it's fruit of 'advice' and not 'advise'. Same error in the second last line.

a good message on advice. rightly said advice should be taken from right person with caution and then dwelled upon if that advice is to be followed or not. Its right that heart gives right advice.
