A quick thanks for all of you

I'm the type who laughs a lot

I had wasted years crying already

Now I just want to stay silly

I'm the type who writes daily

I can't keep everything bottled up

Grabbing a pen when ideas pop

I'm the type who doesn't trust easily

I've been tricked enough already

Nothing wrong 'bout you but me

I'm the type who trusts God

But I won't force my beliefs on you

You have rights too

I'm the type with low self esteem

So pardon me if I don't list my faults

I'm afraid that our understanding would seize to a halt

I'm the type who talks weirdly

You might not quite understand me

So thank you for bearing with me

I'm the type who's cowardly

I know that everyone's not perfect

It's just that you might not give me respect

I'm the type who gives thanks to those deserving

So let me tell you today

That thank you is all I have to say
