Fellow Actors Misreading Lines

Fellow Actors Misreading Lines

A Poem by Onoma

Actors do not sicken The Stage--
but fellow actors misreading lines
just to cancel the play.
The roses fly onstage--the actors
receive them dutifully...a heated
argument as to whether it's better
to smell a rose, or be pricked by
its thorn follows--a miraculous truce is
drawn among them well offstage.

~ wow... wow... wow... what an incredible insight into the drama that human beings indulge in... on and off stage... incredible work, Sire... i am just completely amazed and startled and smiling at the antics of us humans...
