those trails of memories you left me with have disappeared by now,

what we had, it's gone forever.

it was the hardest thing to let go,

but, I'd not give a part of me to ever have it again,

to relive them again.

you once held me in your arms,

protected me,fought for me.

I'll treasure the thoughts of you forever,

leave them unaltered but,

if someday, someone comes along and erases them,

it'd show i never did love you,

and I'd thank the stars i never missed out on love.
