Nature's Virgin

December 15, 2006

Soft fallen words

rain down until

they congregate within a pool at my feet.

Like flowers, their petals fall

They delve into the complexities

that the serpent roots entwine...

Liberating the limbs that spread

wide open within the crumpled grass.

The budding roses open their eyes;

peeping their slender necks through

the soft mattress of soil

mindful of nature's toil

Releasing all ambiguity

they weep

Cry bare petals,

here a thousand fall...

Descriptive in one sequence to the next with your imagery...
I see a different type of verse here...
from what you did here and now...
yet we all change and develop through the years...
but good to see this work...

in the third of my time i thought nature had
lost all its powers to create the passion of
living among the spirits that live within the
empty mountained cave, that show drawings
of our late ancestors.

throughout the journey undertook by the
animals within the gardens, a hail comes
comes forth to the sensuality of a woman's secret

releasing all ambiguity
they weep
cry bare petals,
here a thounsand fall
to the undisputed nature of nature....

written with passion for the happiness within nature....

I love nature, I love the structure of the flower. The rose being my favourite along with the poppy and lotus flower.

The budding roses open their eyes;
peeping their slender necks through
the soft mattress of soil
mindful of nature's toil

Beautiful!

Natures garden, the rose - The closes living of beauty that comes anywhere close to the sensuality of a woman's secret-garden...

Releasing all ambiguity
they weep
Cry bare petals,
here a thousand fall...

This is the soul of a woman...

I like the way you began and ended this piece with smaller lines, its almost drawing the reader in for the bigger, heavier conclusion that is to follow. Again, fantastic imagery and very nice rhythm and rhymes. Great job, as usual.
