The Real MeA Poem by Justin KimberlinAn early poem of mine inspired by the W.A.S.P. cover the The Who's 'The Real Me.'
I see eyes in the dark
They are following me I see shadows of nightmares As they pass through the breeze Treachery so unknown They pass judgment on me The Angel of Death Awaits by the see I ask the doctor, the preacher What can it mean? I am lost in the shadows By this blackened dream Does anyone know? The darkness I dream Can anyone see? Can you see the real me? © 2010 Justin Kimberlin |
