The Real Me

The Real Me

A Poem by Justin Kimberlin
"

An early poem of mine inspired by the W.A.S.P. cover the The Who's 'The Real Me.'

"
I see eyes in the dark
They are following me
I see shadows of nightmares
As they pass through the breeze
Treachery so unknown
They pass judgment on me
The Angel of Death
Awaits by the see
I ask the doctor, the preacher
What can it mean?
I am lost in the shadows
By this blackened dream
Does anyone know?
The darkness I dream
Can anyone see?
Can you see the real me?
