I love Blood

This story is about our main character Kenichi. He is part of a advance clan of special warriors who possess special powers. Kenichi is given a very rare power and is being hunted by other clan.

Chapter 1

Kenichi’s POV

 I was down a path. A path that led me to my new school… Freedom High (Actual School) When I got to the main door the bell rang, I sighed knowing I would be late. I walked to the Principal's office. I tried to knock but right before I knocked on the door I heard “Come in!” so I opened the door and walked in.

 As I walked in the Principal said, “Sit down sit down. Now you must be the exchange student Kenichi. Lets see here. Here is your locker key, this is your classroom guide, and here is your lunch card. Alright you’re all set!” I was a bit confused but I didn’t say anything and took the stuff she gave me. I then left to go to my home class.

 I walked in to be greeted by my teacher who was called Ms. Samantha or Ms. S for short. Ms. S said, “Alright class! This is a exchange student from Japan. He knows how to speak english and I want you to treat him like you would anyone else!” a random guy yelled, “Hey what’s that thing near where your heart!? It looks like a tattoo.” I then pulled my shirt down a bit to show my tattoo and I said, “Well I am from a clan and when given birth we are given two things. A name and a animal to represent us. Mine was the Snake. In my clan when you are given your animal they will give you a tattoo right where your heart is supposed to be.”

 Another guy yelled out, “So do you know like Kung Fu and s**t?!” a girl yelled at the guy, “Hey Justin not every single asian kid knows martial arts you stereotyped racist!” Justin then said back, “Yeah? Well Jessica lets ask the new kid if he knows martial arts! So do you know?” everyone then looked at me and I took in a big gulp. I’m not the most open person in the world so I was getting a bit nervous when everyone started whispering things and staring.

 Ms. S then said, “Um well Kenichi any name you want us to call you?” My self confidence was going away more and more so I said, “Just Kenichi is fine.” Ms. S said, “Oh ok well you can sit right behind Mari.” Ms. S then pointed at an empty seat so I walked and the rest of class was nothing but learning.

 After a while of snoozing and so soon it was lunch. As I slowly walked to the cafeteria I bumped right into someone. I fell down and so did the person who I bumped into. As I fell down everything seemed to go in slow motion… and then I heard a thud. It took me some time but I realized I was on the ground. “Ow” I then got up.

 I was trying to help her up but when I gave out my hand she just screamed. “Is she mental or something?” I thought. I then started to see see what was happening. A bunch of guys were chasing her. I knew they couldn’t be in this school, they don’t even have uniforms. I quickly grabbed the girl’s hand and we ran through the halls.

 No one was in the halls because everyone was eating so it was quite easy to run without bumping or running into someone. But the next thing I noticed was that we were outside still running from those thugs. I saw there were about 10 of them which was odd because in the hall it seemed like only 4 I focused on running but then this girl and I went a wrong way and ended up between a wall and the men. But when I counted them there were 30.

 “Um lady how does someone get 30 people mad at you?” I asked the girl. She didn’t reply. I gave a loud sigh. Lets hope with all this fighting I will gain a new hand sign. I got into a fighting stance and was ready to attack.

Chapter 2

 I knew I could just back off and let the men take the girl, I knew I don’t have to risk my life for this girl, I knew if I fought all of these guys I could die, but I know that if I let these brutes hurt this girl I would be as bad as them. And plus I have a dignity to keep. So here I am, fighting for a girl I don’t even know. Just because I have a dignity.

 4 men came running at me getting ready to punch. My tattoo started glowing. I sighed, if this thing glows it means I am afraid… and I think I am. I blocked the first man’s punch and picked him up and threw him at the other 3. Oh how glad I was that I had been to my clan. If not I would be dead by now. 10 guys came after me. As I was fighting them the rest of them went for the girls.

 I know one thing that is happening right now… I am getting my a*s kicked. “I have to do it” I thought. I then made a 2 with my hand and yelled, “Stage Two Double Snake Head!” my tattoo got bigger and it had 2 heads now. I felt the pain surging through my body. I have only gone to stage 2 three times in my life and I still remember the pain.

  As I was getting dog piled by at least 15 men now I was able to push them all off. As men went flying I moved fast and took out 2 more men. Only 10 men stand in front of me. I elbowed one in the face then jumped off the man and then did a side kick to another man in the face. The two fell to the ground out cold. Another man got a metal pipe and struck at me. I caught the pipe and quickly did a upper cut on his chin. Before I can take out anyone else they ran screaming things like “DEMON!” “MONSTER!”.

 I walked over to the girl who had a few bruises I realized she was out cold. “Did she faint? Or did she get punched really hard?” I thought. I picked her up and walked to the hospital. Luckily it was only a block away.

 I went through the door to be greeted by a few stairs, some whispering, pointing, and the cool air of the AC. I checked in the hospital and told them what happened. Then I saw my tattoo didn't change back yet like it did last time but soon it did and as I was talking to one of the nurses I felt dizzy, then I fell, and everything went black.

Chapter 3

 I woke up in a hospital bed a bit drowsy. I slowly took in the surroundings and saw someone sleeping right on my left arm. I looked closer and realized it was the girl. As I looked at her she woke up and looked at me directly into my eye.

 I gulped as we were about 1 inch away from each other. She then said, “My name is Carrie!” I was about to say my name when she cut me off “Don’t worry I know who you are. You’re the exchange student from japan. I heard you have some sort of tattoo or something. Wait what was your name again? Wait don’t tell me! Zach!? No… Chris!? No… Kenichi!?” I nodded and she jumped up and down. “Man did she drink 10 gallons of coffee or something?” I thought. Carrie slowly slowed down and was panting from all the jumping. She then said, “I’m getting tired… Hey Kenichi can you um scoot?” I did and she passed out on the bed which surprised me a bit. But I got up and slept on the couch that was in the room.

Chapter 4

Vison

 I looked around and saw blood. Blood everywhere. Then I saw a man. A man with a mask on painted blood red. He said one thing, “The blood possession spell.” he made a hand sign and I couldn’t move. Then I started walking. Right in to a pit of spikes. That was when I woke up.

Vision Over

 I was panting sweating and I noticed Carrie still sleeping on the bed. I got up and walked outside to the halls. I thought to myself, “I wonder if they have a small market or one of them vending machines because I am starving.” then my stomach growled like a dog and I knew that I needed something to eat.

 I walked past a corner and saw it. A vending machine. I brought some money and put it in the machine. I looked at what I can get and I decided to get some chips just for a snack. As I was about to walk back I thought maybe I should get some for Carrie. I got another bag of chips and I walked back to my room.

 When I entered Carrie was awake and was watching TV. I gave the bag of chips to her and I went and laid down on the bed. I am still tired as hell so I think I might just need a nap. I then fell asleep.

Vision (There is going to be a lot)

 I looked around. There were nothing but doors. I saw signs. One sign had Advance Hand Signs. “I can’t go in there I can barely do stage 2. Hmm… Oh look one sign saying Smei Medium moves!” I said to myself. I ran to the door and took a breath and opened it.

 There were other doors. I groaned “So many doors!” I walked over to one that kinda made me jump. The sign said, “Blood Weapon” I then walked in.

 There was a man. He was wearing a black cloak and you can only see his mouth. He then said, “Do you want to know about the blood technique.” “Yes” the man then replied, “Alright the blood technique is a special technique when you cut yourself and use your blood as any weapon or tool you can think of.” he then bit his thumb and a bit of blood dripped from his finger. Then came a scythe.

 The scythe was as big as the man and it was blood red. A wall of iron poofed in and he swinged at the wall of bricks. It cut completely through without making it slow down. “Holy s**t.” I then wanted to learn more so I didn’t make anymore movements or sounds to make sure I got everything.

 The man then said, “Now all you need to do is get a drop of blood on the ground and think of a weapon or tool. The end you will not have a special lesson like this one until next month.” the man waved goodbye and I was getting pulled out of the door.

 I was thrown out of the door and it soon disappeared. I got up and the world started changing. Now there was 1 door and that door had an exit sign. I walked in and woke up.

Chapter 5

 I was walking in the halls to lunch. It has been a while since I ever went into a fight so far so I’m pretty happy. As In am watching Carrie run right past me and stop. She then ran back and said, “Hurry up Kenichi! You're going to miss lunch!” I rubbed my back neck and said, “Alright alright! I’ll go faster just give me a second.” I went to the bathroom.

 I walked to the sink and splashed some cold water on me. And then I felt something on my arm. I looked around and saw a kid same age as me but what I wasn’t expecting from this guy was the tattoo he had on his chest. He smirked and jerked me to the ground.

 I fell with a loud thud. The guy said, “My name is Shinobi! I have heard if someone brings you dead or alive back to our village then I will get a big reward!” “So they are still after me.” I thought. I then ran up and run.

 As I am running is see him chasing me. And boy was he a runner. I bit my thumb and pray that my technique would work. I threw of blood on the floor and thought of a wall. Soon a wall of blood filled up the hall. I then heard something Shinobi said and he burst through the wall.

 “S**t” I then saw an opened window and jumped right out of it. I forgot we were on the fourth floor so when I landed it hurt. I stopped for a second and saw him through some windows. He was going to jump soon so I ran like a tiger was chasing me. And as ironic it was the guy had a tiger tattoo.

 After a while of chasing up and down the school we ended up at the roof. I thought, “What a fitting way to die… I mean this is like the biggest school in America and it has like 12 floors.” Shinobi then charged and yelled, “Claws or brutality!” soon claws formed instead of fingertips and they were glowing. Shinobi then tried to cut me but I dodged and it sliced part of the concrete leaving deep holes.

 I make a blood sign and he started to not be able to move. He somehow was able to break the spell and when he did he yelled, “Poison fangs!” his teeth started to turn into fangs and they were purple. He then yelled, “Stage 3!” “St-st-st-stage 3?!” I said. Shinobi looked at me and vanished. Well more like he went so fast I couldn’t see him just a blur. And then I felt something on my neck. I felt fangs and then a stinging pain. I thought, “Oh f**k! Poison fangs!” as he jumped away I was starting to get dizzy. I then fell down and started seeing nothing but darkness.

 Something happened. Something that changed my whole experience. I can’t remember what happened after I blacked out. My neck it started dripping blood. Los of it and then I had a puddle of blood. The blood it turned black and shaped into a scythe. I grabbed it still a bit dizzy and I was shaking. I touched the ground with the scythe and then the scythe changed. I saw Shinobi looking in fright. I felt like all the poison went away. Then Shinobi said, “The Scythe of death… But that is supposed to be a myth! No way a noob like you can do that!” all of a sudden I felt the urge to make a cross sign. I then took the scythe went down cutting Shinobi and then I cut sideways to make it look like a cross. And then he started screaming.

 He looked like he was burning. But the there was no flames not even a little. Shinobi then fell on the ground and his ash just swept away with the wind. Then I fell on the ground with a loud thud and it all went black for me.

Chapter 6

 I woke up looking around. Carrie was right next to me fast asleep. I quietly got out and walked a bit to get my surroundings. There was a small fridge, a window, a door, a tv, table, couch, and a light bulb.

Kenichi’s POV

 As I open the door Carrie woke up with a smile and said, “Did you know you snore in your sleep?” I froze and thought, “What the hell is with this girl. I mean sure were friends but whenever I black out she is right next to me!” I moved to look at Carrie like I was a robot that needed a lot of oil.

 As I look at her she just walks to the couch and watch some TV. I saw that today was Thursday and he was going to be late. “S**t” I quickly grabbed my backpack that was lying on the ground and ran off. “Can this day get worse?” I thought.

 I just made it to first bell and I sighed relief as I walked in and took a seat. The teacher then said, “Alright class today we will be having a new student. Her name is Maka. Come in Maka!” I looked up to see the new student and frozen in shock.

Chapter 7

 “It’s impossible for her to be here! But it has to be her. Those emerald eyes, that star tattoo on her shoulder, that black hair.  It has to be.” Maka said, “Hi I’m Maka! I am from Japan and from a clan! The Star Clan.” Justin then said, “What’s with everyone single Japanese kid from some Clan that is all mystical!?” Jessica replied, “Ok ok Justin so maybe we got two people from Japan and are from a clan. That does not mean every single Japanese kid is from a clan.”

()____+Epic Flashback! (Not Really) (Kenichi’s POV)+____()

 I was walking in a giant green grass plain. It was so good to be walking and then once in a while feel a nice cool breeze. I saw a tree on top of a hill. As I to the tree I see a girl. Emerald eyes, Black hair, and a star tattoo.

 She seemed to have not noticed me but when I stepped on a twig that must of alerted her. The girl vanished and then I was on the ground. I looked around still trying to realize what was going on. I saw her. She was staring right at me. I was only 12 back then so I didn’t really get girls that well.

 She gave a smile and I looked into her eyes for a sec. I suddenly spaced out. After about a minute I heard some hello and some are you dead? I looked around and saw no girl. I got up and saw her back at the exact spot just playing with her hair.

 The girl looked at me and said, “Oh you're awake. Hi my name is Maka!” Maka gave out her hand and she helped me up. I then said, “My name is Kenichi.” And then a friendship was made.

 After about 6 months The Star Clan got a bit of trouble with The Kenomo Clan (My Clan) and I started to see Maka less and less. And less than a month he didn’t even see her. How much he missed her Emerald eyes that made him feel safe.

 One day I was walking to the same tree I first met Maka. I then walked up the hill to see her. She was sitting in the tree and was fast asleep. I stepped on a twig and I thought, “Really?” and I made this face (-_-).

 She woke up with what looked like a Star in her eye and she punched me in the face. I fell backwards and rolled down the hill until I fell in a mud puddle. Maka looked at me and I was expecting a sorry but she said, “Hmm! You deserve that you know. Never sneak up on a girl you pervert!”

 Maka turned around and headed back to her village. I sat there crying as rain started to pour. I looked up at the sky and then that was when I had my first vision. It was a move called the pouring tears of sadness and when used it actually makes people stop in their tracks and start crying.

Epic Flashback Over!

 When I woke up from my day dream I was at the cafeteria with Carrie next to me eating a salad. I looked around and saw Maka a few tables down eyeing me and Carrie like we were demons.

Maka’s POV

 “What is Kenichi doing sitting next to that girl? Wait why am I thinking that crap? I wonder if he remembers me? I wonder if he hates me still? Maybe I should go and talk to him. Ok lets do this.” I thought in my mind. I got up and walked to Kenichi with my tray in my hand.

 “What?” Kenichi said with a soulless voice. I smiled and said, “Um Kenichi. Remember me? Maka from Japan.” He looked at me and then looked away. Kenichi finally said, “Get out of my site.”  I got a bit annoyed but calmed down. I then said, “Well I guess you remember me. Anyway. So um wanna see a movie?”

 Kenichi looked at me and said, “Why should I?” “Well since we use to be friends maybe we could try to be friends again.” I said. “Hell no.” Kenichi said back. I looked away and walked back to my table. “What a a*s whole.” I thought.

 As I sit down some jock comes walking to me. He says, “Hey you me date?” “F**k Off.” I said. “Ok I know you’re new here and s**t but I am the captain of the football team. Every girl wants to date me so-” “Listen I don’t give a damn about who you want to date. I don’t want to date no one.” This guy looked like he was going to blow.

 The jock was about to hit me when Kenichi caught his hand. “If you lay even a finger on her I will kill you.” Kenichi let go of the guys hand and he got up and walked away. I smirked. “I thought you didn’t want to see me again.” I said.

Kenichi’s POV

 “Yeah well I couldn’t let a girl get hit by some hot shot.” Maka then said, “Hey Kenichi want to see a movie?” I shrugged. “Maybe we can become friends again. Oh this is Carrie” I said. Carrie waved and Maka waved back. The rest of the day was normal. When school ended Me Carrie and Maka headed for the cinema.

Chapter 8

Maka’s POV

   I was standing looking at some movies and said, “Hey Kenichi how about a horror?” He shrugged and Carrie said, “Yeah why not a scary movie!” Carrie pulled Kenichi to the ticket booth and she said, “3 tickets to Paranormal Activity The Marked One please.” The Ticket Guy asked, “How old are you?” I answered, “We’re all 16.” he gave us our tickets and we walked in.

 We got some popcorn and walked into Theater 9. After about 5 minutes of commercials and trailers the movie finally started. I tried my best to make it so I was not scared but damn that movie is scary.

 I looked at Carrie and she was grabbing Kenichi’s arm and cuddling it like it was her first plush toy or something. Kenichi tried a few times to get her off but I guess you can’t get rid of her but he failed.

 I tried to cuddle Kenichi’s arm but I couldn’t without Kenichi noticing. After the ending we were outside and were talking about the movie. Carrie still holding onto Kenichi’s arm. I was talking to him about the ending when Carrie yelled, “Guys look! Swing Ding Ice Cream! This place has the best ice cream ever!” I looked at Kenichi and he just shrugged so we headed to the ice cream place.

 Kenichi got Vanilla, Carrie got Rainbow, and I got just plain old Chocolate. We walked out the ice cream shop when Carrie said, “Oh crap! I have to go home! My dad told me he needed help making dinner tonight. BYE!” She ran off and I swear she was running like 30 miles per hour.

 Somehow a small talk about how living in America was ended up us sitting on a bench in the middle of the park. I asked Kenichi, “Hey um Kenichi can I sleep over? I mean my parents are off on some trip and I don’t really wanna be alone.” He said, “Sure. I mean it’s not like I have anyone coming over anyway.” “Thank you.” I then kissed Kenichi’s cheek which made me kinda blush.

Kenichi’s POV

 “She kissed my cheek… Wow” I thought. All of a sudden some guy came out of no where and tried to punch me. I dodged the punch while pushing Maka so she wouldn’t get hit by anything. I hit the ground and when I opened my eye I saw a boot heading right for my face.

 I dodge the attack and looked at my attacker. What was odd about this guy was his weapon he had in his hand. They were boxing gloves one had the word Thunder and the other Lightning. I asked the man, “Hey who the hell are you!?” the man smirked and said, “Call me Boxer Storm!” I replied, “Really?! That is the worst name ever.” That must of ticked him off because he kicked me in the stomach.

 I got my balance and bit my thumb. A drop of blood hit the ground and a scythe came out of nowhere. I twirled it a bit and then got into fighting position. I tried to hit this guy but he was faster than me.

 Boxer Storm jumped and hit his two boxer gloves together. A loud thunder sound came out and a lighting bolt almost hit me. I changed my scythe into a bow and arrow and started shooting blood arrows at him.

 He blocked them all and then he tried to punch me. He yelled, “Thunder Punch!” and the glove with Thunder written on started to glow and when he hit me I fell on the ground knocked out.

 When I looked up I saw Maka running away from Storm. When he saw me awake he jumped in the air and yelled, “Lightning Punch!” His glove was covered in lightning and he punched me in the stomach. It felt like a lightning bolt hitting me.

 I coughed up blood. Storm must of saw that as a window and he continually punched me with Thunder Punch and Lightning Punch. Each punch making a bigger and bigger creator. After a while he finally stopped panting and puffing. I tried to move but that just made him punch me again.

 He got up and saw Maka. When I blinked he was gone and I heard a scream. He dragged Maka to the creator I was in and he said, “I am a man who thinks if you disobey your clan. You should be punished. So how about I kill your girlfriend as punishment!” That is when I lost it.

Chapter 9

 All of a sudden a beam of blood red came and hit me. My eyes turned from Sky Blue to Blood Red. I smiled and my smile was nothing but white. Storm stopped a bit in shock. My skin started to turn blood red. I started to grow claws and fangs. I grew a tail also and red fur. I looked like a demon.

 I moved like light. I then got behind Storm and broke the arm he used to grab Maka. He started screaming and I ripped off his broken arm. It felt as easy as pulling a piece of grass apart. Blood started to ooze out of the guys arm. Maka had fainted so she didn’t see what was going on.

 Storm tried to get up but I pushed him down with my foot. I then ripped out his teeth from his lower jaw and threw them at him. I finally stopped his suffering by ripping off his head. As I looked at myself I saw blood all over me. Somehow I shook off the blood and then I started to change back to normal.

 My hair was back to it’s black spiky shape, my eyes turned back to light blue, the red fur went away, and my skin went back to normal. As I looked around I saw what I did and was horrified. I quickly went to a payphone near and called 9-1-1 and told them that some guy was dead and ran off with Maka in my arms. She was still out cold.

Chapter 10

Maka’s POV

 Where am I? I thought. I was on some couch and I heard something boiling. As I got up I saw Kenichi making something. He looked at me and said, “Good you're finally awake. I hope you like curry.” He took out some cooked rice and plopped it on a bow then took some of the curry and put it on the rice.

 Kenichi walked over to me and gave me the bowl. It already had a spoon in it. I took a bite of the curry and boy was it good. It melt in my mouth and I think Kenichi noticed that I liked the curry. I asked, “Um Kenichi what happened? Oh and where am I?” “Your at my house. Remember you asked if you can sleep over.” Kenichi said with a bit of curry in his mouth.

 After we ate the food me and Kenichi were on the couch watching some movie called Star Wars (I do not own Star Wars). Honestly I didn’t it is a weird movie with aliens and these guys who shoot really bad.

 After the movie Kenichi showed me to the bedroom I was supposed to sleep in. He walked away.

While I lay down I can hear Kenichi down stairs talking to someone. I slowly walk down stairs to see him a bit tearing mumbling stuff. He then said, “Hey mom um call back when you can. I miss you bye.” He grips the phone tearing.

 I don’t want to get involved so I quietly walk upstairs. Ironically the stair made a loud croak telling Kenichi I was here. Kenichi moved like light and was above the staircase in less then a staircase.

 Kenichi looked at me with a cold stare and walked away. Weird I thought. I followed Kenichi upstairs when he walked into his room and slammed the door. What is with him? I thought hard. I shrugged it off after a while. I layed down on the bed Kenichi told me I could use.
