weep little willow

weep little willow

A Poem by justin bluebuds
"

poemy thing

"
weep, little willow, weep
for the sorrow in the hollow runs so deep,
and though your roots are strong,
seasons have changed in song,
little willow,
so full of sorrow

weep, little willow feel the wind blow,
let it know you as it throws you into tomorrow,
brighter times will come,
winter will soon be gone,
little willow,
so full of sorrow

I like the weeping willow. Sort of beauty uncontrolled and a wonder to see. I like the description and the flow of thoughts. The poem could be a lead for a story. Thank you for sharing the excellent poetry.
