~My body is sacred~

i felt moved to share these words with anyone who has been or is being abused..

my body is sacred

it is a temple in which happiness dwells

and where joys dwell

and that joy and happiness is given by

Someone Bigger than your evil

 

i can not allow you to treat my body as an object

when i was a child...

you treated me as an lifeless doll

you ripped my body

 and you took something from me

that cannot be replaced

 

you tormented my idea

of what true love and intimacy was suppose to be

but no more...no longer...this body does not belong to you

 

you are not on this earth

but there are many more

just like you..

this is dedicated to any man, boy, woman, girl

who has ever had their body taken advantage of

if indeed you have been afraid to tell someone;begin speaking up today

i wish you all the encouraging energy to do so

your body is a temple;YOUR BODY IS YOUR temple

tell your mom, tell your father, tell a higher authority and pray for comfort

if the abuse is at home:when you go to school..tell a teacher or a counselor,

you don't have to go through it alone any longer...

if you are an adult...leave...

leave all him, leave her...you deserve better..

you deserve the finest

of love that God has to offer.

 

again, don't be afraid to take care of your body;it is your right

and if somehow you were abused as a child

and you

are now the adult continuing to

keep that negative energy bottled up

and you

 are now abusing your kids, your wife, your husband..stop...get help..

it is not the kids fault..it is not your spouses fault..stop it and get help..

do not allow your past abuse ruin the present loves of your life

 

may God bless and keep you in His loving arms..
