all the burdens, all the pain

i see that it is too heavy for you to bear,

and the pain...the pain is so deep..

 

release the tears that are welled in your eyes
it is safe now..

it is okay to feel free dear child
go ahead, release it all...

 

i can imagine you safe and free from hurt;i imagine you, dear child, free and comforted
 

no more demons to curse your well-being,
release them too;it is okay

open up and let it go...
give it permission to be released...allow it to be released
give yourself permission to release

 

i know you are afraid...but i am here dear child..
