Gone

Gone

A Poem by Kimmee Jean
"

Another Poem born from a friend's sadness

"

Screaming out to the leaving
Begging for redemption
Pleading for an unknown sin

Pity for weakness that isn't there
Love misunderstood and friendships strained

Damnationto an unknown God
Tears flow into pulsing wounds
Making them sting and bleed again

Advice falls short
Warmth falls cold
Open arms fall to the ground
Unanswered prayers fall un heard

Missing the simpicity of childhood
We hurt in ways we cannot understand

Misjudgments causes losses
And we back out into blackout
