Desperation once again

Desperation once again

A Poem by Kimmee Jean
"

From a letter that a concern someone wrote for a concerned someone else

"

Giving away at the thought

That it is possible to lose everything

Distance claws at the heels

Beauty and Common sense

Gentle and Consideration

Self Conscious yet self accepting

Grown yet childlike

Having that anchor to hold down

The ship that endlessly drifts to Oblivion

Having the needle and thread that keep

The stitching from unraveling

Two years of torrents and monsoons

Of storms and inner turmoil

Of fallen stitches and drifting boats

Another blow would be the last

Another loss would be the Ultimatum

Stop the possibility of you leaving to even surface

Yet there is no stopping it.

Come with me, please?

Let's leave this dream and live life.
