Hunger for a Lullaby

Hope for peace of mind.

You are hungry for someone

And you know who

But you wish they were too

Sleep till you cry

Want to give them

A piece of your mind

Or just some

Peace of mind.

This short poem is about wanting peace from unsaid emotional tension and feelings, such as wanting something that feels unspeakable or feeling deeply emotional for someone you have so much love for. This is also up for personal interpretation.
