Oh, LoverA Poem by 🍂Ellie🍂A hopeless romantic dreaming of love...Oh lover, how I dream of you upon dreary nights. Oh lover, do you hear me call out your name, as I sigh to the lonesome moon? Oh lover, I wonder, do you have thick curls or perhaps hazel eyes? Oh lover, how do you take your tea? Or do you prefer coffee? Oh lover, do you read wordy novels? Or maybe you enjoy a film or two? Oh lover, do you kiss like chocolate; sweet and slow? Or will you burn my tongue like peppers? Oh lover, where in the world have you settled? In a townhouse nestled on the corner street of a bustling city? Or a cozy cottage deep with the trees? Oh lover, do you dress in slacks and sweater vests? Or a dark leather jacket and torn jeans? Oh lover, do you dream of me, too? Write love letters to me, just as I do? Oh lover, I truly hope so.
