Country Kinda FreeA Poem by justAlannaThe sky is blue, the fields glint green I could visit mother nature, let her breeze refresh me until I come clean.
The sun is bright, the grass smells sweet I could prance all day in the sun-bleached wheat
Clouds like cotton candy bliss- I'll lay under the willow, let the branches sway down to give me a kiss.
The sound of crickets, the feeling of free. I'll skip down the lane with glee.
Purple ribbons in my hair- gently aloft in the fresh country air.
Cattle in the field rhythmically swishing their tails- a train over the hills smoothly gliding on rails.
I could swoop all over and collect nectar flower-to-flower like a bee. I'm a country kinda free.
