Romeo and juliet from the start

Romeo and juliet from the start

A Poem by "Mare Booskie"

It was Romeo and Juliet from the start

Everyone knew they would be forced to part

They were blinded by their hopeless affection

    Heading in a disastrous direction

    Putting their life plans aside

In each other they could confide

How they wish could have seen the end

This is something no one could mend

They pushed away their broken families

But the bond love makes never dies

They lived there every day together

Until the more they loved the more they did rather

The love of the ones they left behind

But they had passed each lover would find

Into a world more different than our kind

They tried to go on with their vow

But with each indescretion they wondered how

For deep into the dark one night

He was waiting for his lover to return

But, oh, the truth he instead would learn

   She had fallen for another

And, his broken heart, it was his brother

And now yeard from that night

And the truth that had put him in his fright

There lay two very lonely graves

Yes, they lie side by side

But who these two are that died

All present lovers will never see

Because a name upon the stone

   There will never truly be

But let me tell you this my friends

Every time a young man tells his tale

His face turns a grossly pale

About
Usually when one writes their biography, it is a story of their life. It is to let others know who they are, but that's not what I'm going to do. My past is something I am struggling to let go of, s.. more..
