              Oh No He Didn't!

A few years ago I wrote about a man who had ambitious dream. He spoke about 'hope', and how he wanted to make many changes to this land called America. So many were blinded by his great speeches about his upcoming ideologies he wanted to implement.

I would make a list of what he wanted to do, but what's the use. The media has already covered his many ideas over and over again. Sadly one losing his life over delving into the inconsistencies of this current President.

From Senators to well-known businessmen had questioned the validity of where he was born, and whether he was a legal citizen of this great land. The jury is still out on this subject, some claim Indonesia to Africa to Hawaii. The long form birth certificate that

was finally produced many have claimed to be a fake! I'm sure you can view it on the internet for yourself so you can decide if its real or not.

Now he has hired and fired many that were in his administration, who at one time were called his 'czars'. I myself thought this was a strange name for those chosen, especially since this supposedly a Democratic nation. Within the first year of this President being in office, those who called him boss came under close scrutiny. Even his former Minister, Reverend Wright came under the media's eye for much of what he was preaching from the pulpit.

Of course he has done great things, like getting rid of Osama Bin Laden with the help of the former Bush Administration and the Navy Seals. I and sure not only the people of United States was elated to hear of his demise. Yet even this had the conspiracy theorist hopping, claiming that it wasn't actually him that was buried at sea! Wouldn't it be very strange to have his body or a decomposed shell float to the surface?

But we all know he did not get any virgins after he was shot! Which brings me to wonder if the same holds true for a female suicide bomber..... do they get the same reward as the males? Or do they get short changed by only dying, and those they had targeted?

Now the country finds themselves in another election year, and it seems like its been going on for awhile now. And slowly one by one the candidates are falling like dominoes. As I suspected Mitt Romney came out the victor thus after a year of mudslinging debates between all the candidates. Yet the race is not over, we still have the rest of this Spring and Summer for the voters to decide.

Since I don't vote, I am just an innocent bystander watching this scenario unfold before the worlds eyes! I am neither for either candidate, because in my eyes the damage has already been done to the country. Not only is the economy bad, people were also duped by the banks to purchase homes they clearly could and would not normally be able to afford. Again the news media have covered this subject, along with the many who had been loyal to a company for years to get their walking papers. Each and every day you can read in newspapers about ones who have lost the job they worked hard for.

This is causing a cascading despondency because people are not able to find another job, or one that pays enough so they can stay in their current residence and keep up with the bills they have. I know of one person who sacrificed living alone, to help his sisters family keep the home they worked hard for. What was once called “The American Dream” is no longer a viable reality for anyone, only the wealthy and powerful. I myself have gone from a home to a studio apartment, which is not a bad place since many have nothing.

As I was laying in bed, I wondered what goes through the President's head when he eats a meal- that has been prepared by a private chef? Does he actually stop to think that many are scraping by to put a decent meal on the table for their families, while he gets one placed every day in front of him. And it's you the taxpayer that are paying for his salary, and all that he gets to eat and do on a daily basis.

Now back to the real world, the one filled with pain and suffering. Its been four years since the last election, and instead of things getting better �" they are worse! So in the coming months it is you the voters who must make the decision of whom to put into office. Do you want another four years of the same hope and change? Or will you be casting your vote for the other guy, the one who claims he wants to make things better for the common man?

“No Hope, No Change”

Life is not a bowl of cherries

Nothing is as simple as it seems

A few years ago a man cried

he wanted to bring hope.....

he boasted about making a change

 

Our hopes were dashed

but, boy were changes made

Not the ones the people wanted

and surely not what he

“ Hoped For!”

So out with the bad

in with the good

“ New Hope! ”

“ New Change! ”

 

.... hey buddy can you spare a quarter (inflation ya know)

 

No American Dream

No Good Ole Days

They're marching in soon

taking over with the

 

“ New World Order!”

Good political article. I'm always interested to hear from someone who isn't totally for Obama, or any candidate for that matter. It's refreshing. :P
