MAD MUSING FROM A JACKASS- DOWN AGAIN?

Another chapter in the saga of the lonely Princess!

               Jack yawned, as the morning came. All was quiet at the Princess' estate, even the birds were still nestled in their nests. So Jack quietly walked out for two reasons �" one to stretch his legs, and two to relieve himself. He still found it difficult to do that around Hannah.

                 Hannah peeked out from one eye watching Jack. She snickered as he left the barn, knowing he preferred to do his business away from her. Glancing over at Billy she saw he was still sleeping, so she decided to the same.

              It was cold outside so she knew there would be no walk, stroll, or run today. The master had seemed awfully tired yesterday so Hannah was sure she'd be sleeping late. It was a lazy cold day for the month of June too. As the day wore on, a slight breeze stirred amongst the trees. No sunlight would there be to warm up there day either.

       So when Jack strolled back into the barn he noticed Hannah stirring. He saw her stretching her legs out, getting out the nighttime kinks. She knew he was watching her, so to get him to stop, she spread her legs and began to pee!

            As she did that he turned his head quickly. All the while he hadn't noticed that Billy was awake, eating some hay and saw everything. He let out a bleat, causing Jack to turn his head his way. Jack was embarrassed, so he hurriedly went back out of the barn.

           Billy turned to Hannah and happily said “you got to him that time, guess he never saw a horse take a piss before.”

            Hannah laughed, replying “ or maybe because I'm a filly, it shocked him that I'd do it in front of you boys. We're all animals here, and we go wherever and whenever we need to. Guess he doesn't realize that yet!”

            “maybe, should I go tell him its safe to take a piss in front of you?” Billy asked her.

            “nah, let him be........ one day he'll feel comfortable around me. I just hope not to much so he invades my space” Hannah replied mysteriously.

           “huh, space?” he questioned with confusion.

            Hannah answered back “ never mind Billy.” Then she walked out of the barn to check on the weather. If the Princess wasn't going to ride her today, at least she could stroll around on her own.

           Billy stood with hay hanging out of his mouth still wondering what Hannah had meant by ' her space.'

             He would talk to wise old Rufus about this once he came outside. Although with the weather being cold and windy, he doubted the Princess would be coming out. Yet Billy reckoned she would let Rufus and Katie out for a bit.

         Just then he saw Jack peering into the window, so as to check on the Princess. Billy sauntered over and asked “what's up Jack?”

          “oh it seems the Princess is down again” Jack whispered.

           “ well surely its not from eating any junk food, she hasn't got any” Billy replied.

              Katie meowed, stirring the Princess. So she got up to let her and Rufus out. Jack looked over at her with concern.

           She glanced over, then quietly replied “ don't worry boys, it's just a flu bug; I should be fine in about a week. Besides the weather has turned cold so I am staying in today.”

          Then the Princess shut the door and walked back to her couch to lay back down to rest.
