Another episode in the life of a jackass owned by a fat Princess!

MAD MUSING FROM A JACKASS- THE BRUSHING OUT!

After the long ride showing Hannah every piece of land the Princess owned, they went back home. She got down off of Hannah, then led her to the water trough. She was sure the filly was thirsty after the long ride, even though the Princess didn't have much land. But most were set up against a natural forest.

The Princess went into the barn to retrieve the brush she used sometimes on Billy. That is when he wants some attention paid to him. The Princess walked back to where Hannah was standing. She looked up and saw water dripping off her large mouth.

Laughing, the Princess blurted out “ guess you were thirsty after all!”

Hannah shook her head as if she knew what the Princess was saying. Then the Princess began to brush Hannah's coat. Making sure she got every inch until her coat shone in the sunlight.

Billy bleated at the Princess as if asking for his turn. Jack also brayed in a jealous way, as if he too wanted a turn at being brushed.

Again the Princess laughed, then remarked “ you boys jealous that I am paying more attention to this filly than you I see! Well you've had plenty of turns from me brushing you. When am I going to get a turn at being pampered? I'm the one who's a Princess, so where's my Prince at? Oh yeah off on his Princely duties, slaying dragons, and other such nonsense. I tend to you and your needs, but no one see's after mine! Yeah you comfort me when I over indulge in junk food, but...... but there is only so much you animals can do or provide. Oh maybe I should find another Prince or maybe a knave to satisfy my humanly needs. After all who knows when the Prince will, or if he will ever have time for me. I am thankful for the gift he sent me- Hannah! I'm sure Jack was getting tired of having my fat a*s climb on top of him. I can just imagine what the townsfolk were saying about us too - “ An a*s upon an a*s!”

Now I can proudly ride Hannah into town, save Jack's poor back and keep the snickering down. Tomorrow I will ride into town just to show off, then ride back home...... how does that sound Hannah?”

Hannah neighed at the Princess, and Jack brayed as a sign of relief. All the while Billy was plotting to rummage through the Royal Gardens. He noticed some newly grown mint leaves that he was dying to try out. Maybe make his breath smell fresher after eating the oats and hay.

The Princess turned to the three animals and said “ Well, I don't know about you guys n gal, but I 'm betting hungry. And don't worry, I'll keep it healthy- no junk food!”

Jack brayed and brayed as if laughing at the Princess. The Princess shook her head, then walked away toward ranch house.
