The Prize of the DesertA Poem by Ice QueenJenThe Prize of the Desert
Sand, upon sand so much that you can't count as the wind whips around whilst the sun is beating at your core
Yet in one lone place there stands the prize standing as a guard to the Kings and Queens over this sand ridden land
Standing as pillars monuments in time The Pyramids so grand only for a royal clan who lived long ago in a different era standing along with the Sphinx they are the Prize of the Desert! © 2010 Ice QueenJen |
