Shall I forget?

Shall I forget?

A Poem by Ice QueenJen
"

After listening to the news about races, and who is right or wrong this came into my head! It doesn't matter what color our skin is, we are all of the same race- the human race!

"

Shall I Forget?

Shall I forget.....

that I am human

born among the

many races

of

so-called different

colors of origin?

Origin?

Am I not a product

derived from the

very ground we walk

or

from the muck & mire

that this earth once began

to

this grand state it's in!

Shall I forget?

How I grew from a babe,

to a child, a teen

and

on to what I am now?

Yet, what is that?

A small piece of

what is now known

as

The Human Race!”
