Is Time Money?

“Time is Money”

so they say...

Money is time?

I wonder why

that popped into

my head right now?

Could be I was using

a part of my brain

that hasn't been used

for a very long time?

Yet, given our economy

people have more time

and less of the other

So how could time be money?

Not that I want or need

any money - nor time

I have all that I need of both

No what I want, I

probably will never

get back!

But, I smile everyday

even though some days

I wish to be transported

somewhere else

Another time

someplace else

that seems greener.....

would it be greener

on the other side?

We always want

something more,

something different, yet

can't we be content

with what we have?

It's time to replace

the important things

in all our lives

because in the end

time is lost for some

in the pursuit of money!
