Is Life Good?

When things don't seem to be going as expected, take the bad with the good.

Is Life Good?

How do we know

something is good,

without experiencing

the bad?

How can we tell

we're happy,

without ever

feeling sad?

Can we not

distinguish

bitter from sweet?

Is it wrong -

to be right,

or right to

be wrong?

My life is not yours,

nor yours to be mine.

Are you able to hate,

what I deem good?

Or what you deem good,

I too should hate?

We alone have

the right to choose

how we are

to live life!

Some don't feel that way,

making rules that

we should abide by.

I say- as long as you

don't harm yourself or others,

Live and Let Live!

Good, bad,bitter, sweet,

happy and sad

This is what life

is about

until the cycle ends

in death!
